Prices
All prices include 10% VAT, but do not include shipping and handling. The
shipping and handling fee includes 20% VAT.

Payment
Full prepayment is required before product shipment. It is possible to pay
with Credit Cards (Mastercard/Visa) via WorldPay, with PayPal or, in the
case that you have a Euro denominated account, by EU- bank transfer with a
BIC and IBAN.

Packaging
We use exclusively art-safety packaging, which is custom-made to fit the
individual format of your piece. Corners are protected with styrofoam and
the artphotography is protected with bubble wrap. Your artphotography format
is packed in custom-fit in a tamper-evident package.

Shipping
Shipping will be completed by Mail Boxes Etc. and our partners include UPS,
FedEx, DHL, DPD as well as various local shipping services. After payment is
received, your package will be delivered within 30 days (50 days outside of
the EU) by one of these shipping companies. For countries that are not
mentioned in the table below, we provide shipping and duty cost information
upon request.
